Location is wonderful, it was not too bad in terms of cleanliness. Everything seems to be in order as it is advertised.

The management can offer room at lower level to families with young kids essentially with babies.

Very Good Hotel & Excellent Hospitality

Very good hotel, at a very nominal price. Location is also not very far away from the haram. Their hospitality and facilities are too good. We had an early flight and they had generously agreed for an early check in. Would recommend anyone looking for a value deal to go for Province Al-Sham.

Long wait to check in Friday after Asr.

Long wait to check in Friday after Asr. The receptionist lied to me when I asked him a few times to provide me a baby crib in my room by saying the hotel doesn't have. When I went up to the room, I asked the cleaner there, he said they had, and he'll bring one for me. At 1pm after trying like 10 minutes to come up to my room because the elevators were just so busy, my door card wasn't working. I had to go all the way back down and tell reception that my card wasn't working. He said yes, you have to check out. I said it's 1pm and checkout is at 2pm. Besides, I need to get back in my room to take my stuff!! The bathroom basin plug wouldn't stay up, so water constantly remained in the basin. (room 912) There was some tape wrapped around the smoke detector, which would prevent the fire alarm to go off if there is a fire. Now just thinking, how many other rooms have this tape around, and should there be a fire, there would be some serious damage and casualties (Allah forbid)

They say that parking is available but reservation is not possible... they actually have only 17 parking for more than 50 customers. So u won't be lucky probably to park your car. The bad smell in toilet.

Decent location close to the Holy Mosque

Room cleanliness was not as per the standard. Poor behavior from House keeping staff once we request anything which was already requested earlier while booking our room. Reception employee answer in very bad way, even it was no crowd that time but the body language show us anger in his answer.

I like my room the most. They give me a big and beautiful room. The location is very near to haram gate 17 and Everything just around the hotel. Value for money

There is only 1 universal socket inside the room and the rest is local socket They didn’t provide an iron inside the room and i have to ask from the housekeeper because they only have 1 iron in their property

The room we got was spacious.

The room we got was spacious. The carpet was new. But not all the rooms are the same though. The location is not bad at all. It was not a very long walk to the masjid Nabawi. Breakfast was not great but acceptable. Only instant coffee was available.

The bathroom was odd and old. The tiles were chipped and so does not look clean. The shower area was so small and water spill over outside to the bathroom and make the floor wet and slippery. We requested four times for the room cleaning and finally by 7:00 pm, the room was cleaned.
